Although the home wasn't quite right for us, we immediately connected with Carrie. Carrie was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout our home sale process. We had several issues during the process including neighbors that neglected their property which resulted in our home being less desirable. Carrie gave us very solid advice on getting the problems fixed (which were completed within a month). When we had to push out our close date due to a busted pipe and flooding, she managed to keep us calm and gave good advice on correcting the issues. Carrie is very personable, competent, and confident, my husband and I felt comfortable with her immediately.
